Our vibrant volunteer program launched with the Kalmar Nyckel in 1998, and offers extraordinary opportunities to work within our community year-round. Learn to sail and maintain the ship, present educational programs to children, staff community events, and more. No experience is required, and all interest levels are welcome.

Maintenance Crew
Gain new skills and learn to restore and repair masts, yards, and blocks. Experience is valued, but not required.
